Sure the trafic-shaper er the thing to use, but it might not be
nessesary ;-)

I've just testet the following:

I called my SIP-provider's (musimi.dk) echo-test.

It actualley went ok.

My up/download according my the m0n0wall graph 30/400-600kbps when only downloading and
100/400-600kbps when also talking on the phone.
