Dear friends:
I have a packet loss problem, and I dont know why.
This is the ping result:

Ping output:

64 bytes from icmp_seq=1 ttl=49 time=512.076 ms

64 bytes from icmp_seq=8 ttl=49 time=519.136 ms
64 bytes from icmp_seq=9 ttl=48 time=529.915 ms

--- yahoo.com ping statistics ---
10 packets transmitted, 8 packets received, 20% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 485.885/525.141/600.870/32.139 ms

Some people on my network are using P2P programs, how can I solve this?

Thank you in advance.
