Turn on the automatic traffic shaper config.  Then find all the users
who use P2P and kill them one by one.  ;-) 

I'm assuming your m0n0 is on the outside of all these users.  If you are
on some sort of group LAN and they are not "Behind" your firewall,
there's not really anything at all that you can do... other than killing
them.  =)
