I got a Vonage phone here for my wife.  It is is the Cisco ATA unit.  For 
what it is worth, we did not have to open up any port ranges on the the 
firewall in m0n0wall; works fine.    We do have traffic shaping in place for 
the phone....using m0n0wall.
