Here in denmark a quick price-search at

shows that a Xnet SH-9024C is for sale for 645 DKK (~60£) and queit a
number of switches between ~1300 DKK and ~2000 DKK. sizes differs
between 4-8-24 ports and others. Above site is mainly on danish, but the
typenumbers could point to local suppliers.
