That's good to hear. I tried the 1.2b5/6/7 betas on my Soekris
net4801 but had to go back to 1.2b3 because my wireless speeds dropped
by 80%! 1.11 and 1.2b3 give me about 5Mbps sustained, whereas b5/6/7
were peaking at 1Mbps.
Unfortunately the 802.11g Atheros card I bought from netgate is
apparently useless for m0n0wall. There's no support for it in 1.11
and 1.2b3, and it's only usable up to about 15 feet with 1.2b5/6/7. |
