My Config is as such.

WAN PPPOE/Public IP assigned from ISP.
LAN 192.168.0.1/24

I want to add a Subnet of public IP's with a /28 netmask on OPT1 for 
some VOIP phones we've got coming in.  I have enabled OPT1, assigned an 
IP address of x.x.x.113 to opt 1 and created a rule to pass all traffic 
from the opt1 network.  When these steps didn't work I also created a 
static route on the OPT1 interface showing xxx.xxx.xxx.112/28 with a 
gateway of xxx.xxx.xxx.113.  Still no luck.  I connect a PC directly to 
OPT1 with an ip/netmask of 207.65.249.114/255.255.255.248 and attempt to 
ping 207.65.249.113, no response.  also can't ping anything outside the 
monowall.

What am I missing here?
