I guess I just need to know if monowall will ever support tftp through
NAT, if not, how much would it cost to implement it.

there is another way.... use a VPN tunnel between your LAN on m0n0wall
and
the hosted Asterisk server. thus the TFTP will be tunneled through the
m0n0 box (and through the WAN)
