In the US it will also get you a knock on the door from the FCC for
operating an RF emitter in an unauthorized band.  I think the fine for
that is currently $10,000.00 per day.  Other countries may provide you
a comfortable jail cell for such an offense.

Bottom line, it's really just a bad idea.
