Q1) What you can do to access WebGui from WAN is a NAT rule inbound from TCP 10080 as external port range to 192.168.0.1 on TCP 80 where stand m0n0wall And a put an other nat rule on port 80 if you have a webserver behinf m0n0wall But maybe, you should do something more secure by using a ppp session to access Webgui over Internet...
