What happens? Do you get an error message about a corrupted image? If so, 
are you sure you downloaded the file correctly? Use and MD5 checksum 
application and compare the result with the checksum on the beta download 
page.

Do you get some other error message? Does the upgrade appear to succeed but 
you're still at 1.2b7 after rebooting?

Anything you can tell us will make solving this easier...
