That would work as well.  Much quicker for the big batches.

    So far I have 8 VIDs configured on my box.  But I may have the need to go
    way higher.  If you are setting up a lot, just create the VLAN all at once, 
    assign the interfaces all at once, and so on.  You may want to create one or
    two to practice and make sure I didn't miss any steps (I'd never do that.

  Or if you're lazy, configure only a couple of VIDs, download the XML configuration, use a text
editor to block copy and modify the relevant sections, and upload the modified configuration.
