Does look like a memory leak, or perhaps a consequence of such a
ridiculously short lease time. The "out of swap space" means you ran
out of RAM - m0n0wall has no swap.
I'd upgrade to 1.2b8. The 2511MP+ will work fine, and 4.11 will use a
lot less RAM than 5.3, so it'll at least give it some more breathing
room.
There's no telling if you'll hit it again, but it would be interesting to know.
