How allow NTP on LAN & DMZ ?

Hi all,
 
How I can allow my PC’s on my LAN network and my server on my DMZ, to
syncronise whit my wrap to get the right time whit NTP protocol ? 

I was on the manual  to have a look on chapter :11.1.5. Permitting select
services from DMZ into the LAN.

But it never works.
