Firewall rule to block Messenger?

Hi guys!

 

After trying m0n0 in-house (still really impressed), I am now using 1.11 on
a Lex Light mini PC at one of my sites.

 

 I have tried a few times to get a rule that blocks MSN Messenger with no
success and Google comes up with loads of info and ports/hosts to block but
the little bugger still manages to sign in!  Does anyone out there have a
working rule I could beg/steal/borrow?
