I understand that we can't access NAT'd services on a WAN IP from inside the LAN.  I assume this
also goes for ANY address on the WAN including Proxy ARP address.  Would it be possible to have m0n0
forward packets from an inside interface destined for a WAN IP back to a private IP on the inside? 
Or is that what is meant by a bounce?
