This can be done. Simply create a rule with the source as your ISPs IP
address. Make sure it is set to use the ICMP protocol.

My ISP has a monitoring service that uses ping to make sure there is IP
connectivity from my side of their SDSL service, is there any way I can
have my m0n0 1.11 respond to ping from a specified IP address so they
can monitor my connection?
