Major changes since 1.2b8:

- IPsec certificate support (by Enrique Maldonado)
  -> not tested much, feedback wanted!

- improved firewall log page: it is now possible to filter by action,
protocol, interface, source and destination port (by Peter Allgeyer)
  
- reauthentication option for captive portal (checks connected
clients against RADIUS server every minute)

Other changes include a fix for the captive portal crashes in HTTPS
mode, an experimental patch for timeouts with the wi driver, and more.
