mono 1.11 does not pppoe reconnect automatically (needs reboot)

My monowall 1.11 gets disconnected sometimes by my adsl provider, for 
some unknown reasons.

Problems is that - monowall does not reconnect automatically after. Only 
a reboot can make monowall get online again.

any hints?
