Security issue ! Captive portal doesn't work anymore !

Hi

I'm using 1.2b7 at home with captive portal.

But now I can access the network without any radius authentification! 
Cpative portal is ticked and set on the right interface, but it's not 
effective !

Can you help me to understand what happens and why I can't make it works 
again?
