would anyone be interested in adding a simple feature so that the router 
beeps when it's back up and ready to work. i realize that the project is 
aimed at WRAP and soekris, but i'm thinking it could just be a script 
that ran last and if the machine has a speaker it beeps 3-5 times in 
succession. if it doesn't have a speaker, nothing happens obviously. i 
currently have a headless system and have to just ping the router until 
i recieve replies. i would love to do this myself, however i have no 
experience at all in BSD. just a suggestion to a already wonderful 
project. i have switched ALL of my routers to monowall instead of astaro.
