Same problem here.
Adding routes to the exec.php page of m0n0wall does not help.
(for instance. route add -host 192.168.178.1 -interface fxp0)

Any form of Proxy Arp does not work.
Unchecking the Block private networks in the WAN interface page does not help
either. I've been searching like a madman and even posted this problem on this
list, but to no avail.

Adding an interface alias with the exec.php page does not work either.
If you find an anwser, please post it, I'll do so the same.
