I am having trouble getting m0n0wall to report the correct time.

I upgraded to 1.2b9 pc-generic.img
I have rebooted m0n0wall several times, both restart and complete power off.
I have confirmed the BIOS time is correct.

>> Web GUI settings:
Time Zone: America/NewYork
Time update interval: 300 seconds
NTP time server: time-a.nist.gov

>> status.php
m0n0wall: status
Tue Jul 5 03:52:32 EDT 2005

>> Actual time is 08:52 am
Eastern Standard Time in Virginia, US.

I don't see what I have misconfigured. Any help would be appreciated.
