This is a problem which should have been solved in 1.2b9

I don't have problems with my 1.2b9 and it runs for days now.

When I arrived this morning, Buster was in the same state as always,
responding to IP ping with no portal routing or system authentication. The
current OS level is "1.2b9". Hope we can nail this before the beginning of

Any ideas why the captive portal keeps non-functioning after a few hours?
