2 x ISP to Lan

Hi guys,
i have two internet conection (DSL1mx512 and WIFI 1x1m) and my question is 
how to configure mono to use working line if one of them is down.

If DSL is OK all users will use DSL but if somethings happend and DSL line 
stop working mono should use automatically WIFI conection and opposite.
