Not really.  If you don't care exactly when that reboot happens you
could probably get minicron to run it every X_BIG_NUMBER seconds.  But
it would reboot that many seconds after booting, whether that time was
3 AM or 1 PM.

You can use something like this on a LAN host for real scheduling
