For the m0n0 behind the cisco use the wan IP of the Cisco as identifier for the tunnel. This way the
m0n0 tells the other side to bring up a tunnel with the ciscos wan IP which the cisco then forwards
to the m0n0.

Could you not put a static route in the Cisco, to access
192.168.5.0/24 use gateway 192.168.1.2?
seems reasonable to me.
