Then It don't help to add my home subnet to my default gateway at work does it ?

No, add your home subnet to your default gateway router pointing to
the LAN IP of your m0n0wall at work.

I don't remember what your subnets are, but if your home subnet is
192.168.200.0/24 and your m0n0wall at work's LAN IP is 192.168.100.20,
then in a Cisco you'd do a:

ip route 192.168.200.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.100.20

adjust accordingly for whatever you use.
