Hello,

Recently I posted information on an add-on for dummynet.  I need
everyone who may be interested in this feature to please help me in
testing it out.  I have finished the restructuring of DShaper, and feel
it to be nearing completion.  Once enough thorough testing has taken
place, I will make an official release.

DShaper should (but that is why I'm asking for testers) function on
m0n0wall.
