You have it setup as a filtered bridge?  You seeing any dropped
packets in your logs?  (DHCP shouldn't get dropped, but I'd check
regardless)  If you plug in outside into the same place m0n0wall's WAN
plugs in (put in a switch for testing, if needed), do you get an IP?
