Ignora el error, eso es todo.....

Cuando llegas al punto de 
> fsck failed
> Enter pathname of shell or RETURN for sh:

Solo presiona RETURN y continua.

Desde ese punto lo unico que falta por hacer es que te conectes al servidor
donde tienes la imagen (yo lo hice con ssh) y la cargues a la flash con dd
(tal como sale en la pagina de la referencia).
