You should find a menuentry "wireless configuration" looking similiar to this screenshot:

Hostap-mode means to run the card as Accesspoint.

Hi,
 
The features list of m0n0wall suggest that the wireless can be used as
an access point...
 
wireless support (access point with PRISM-II/2.5/3 cards, BSS/IBSS with
other cards including Cisco) 
 
i have a PRISM 2.5 card installed, and then assign this interface to the
LAN side, i have allocated it an IP address, but how do i connect to
m0n0wall, and set this card to work as an access point, setup wep key,
ssid etc etc...i cant even connect to the monowall, as i dont know how
to initiate a wireless connection. (running a scan from my laptop does
not show any wireless networks available)
 
The hardware is all tested as i have configured it on the WAN interface
no problem.
