For  Inet Downstream and Ipstream rules I would use something similar
to the rules for VOIPnet:

WAN  *      *     LANnet     Inet Downstream

WAN  *   LANnet   *            Inet Upstream


Otherwise your UDP traffic from the LAN net may get priority by
slipping through.
