About m0n0wall and Atheros miniPCI Wireless Card

Hello All,

I have some soekris 4826 boards equiped with Atheros 5354 MP PLUS ARIES2 4G:
802.11a/b/g miniPCI Card, and use the 'ath' driver for FreeBSD

The latest version of m0n0wall that works with this Atheros is 1.2b7 (the
latest version using FreeBSD 5.3)

I tested, and it works. But, I can not upgrade m0n0wall because, from 1.2b8
(and 1.2b9) it returns to 4.11, and this kernel version does not contains
'ath' driver for Atheros

My questions are:

- Why m0n0wall based on 4.11 does not support the 'ath' Atheros Driver ?
- Will be supported in the future ?
