What kind of a link would I have to include on the captive portal login page
or on the page that users get redirected to so that they could get the
"disconnect" popup functionality?

I heard on the list archive something about port 8001 but it doesn't seem to
be active. I'm running 1.2b9 against a freeradius-mysql database.
