What am I supposed to put in as the Proxy ARP? I tried putting in the external address, which didn't
seem to do anything. Then I tried the internal which didn't do anything either.

I had a similar situation and ran around for a couple of days testing 
various permutations and combinations. Sent a message to the list, 
Chris replied with his standard "proxy arp" solution, and it worked.

Here's the deal, though. I'm pretty sure I *was* using proxy arp, in 
that I had checked "Auto add Proxy ARP" when I created the Server 
NAT. I deleted the ARP entry that was created and re-added it through 
the ARP entry screen (rather than auto add it) and everything began 
to work. Go figure...
