go to exec.php and run 'shutdown -h now'.  

Keep in mind that won't actually power down the box, just leave it sitting
at the "press any key to reboot".  IIRC, the actual power off requires ACPI,
which is probably bigger than the entire m0n0wall image as is now, so we
won't be seeing that.
