Haven't tried that yet, but I do have Cisco IP Phones working just fine. 
 With the packet shaping you can even increase the SLA with your users. 
 Have managed to get other H323 and SIP to work as well.  Just make sure 
what you are using doesn't require UpNP as it is not yet supported by 
m0n0wall.
