Hi All ,

First sorry .
I am a chinese people.
I am come from Taiwan.
My english not good.

How to setup m0n0wall traffic shaper then it will let every ip address can 
use equal bandwithd only.

For example : total bandwithd 100Kb , 10 ip address , every ip distribute 
10Kb
Althought there is only one ip address use it's bandwithd, it only get 10Kb.
