Ability to send an email from m0n0wall

It would be nice to be notified by email that the WAN IP address has 
changed or if the device is rebooted.  Has anyone come up with a php 
script that can send an email and might be used inside the 
dhclient-script to notify me by email when the WAN IP changes?
