Lots of bugs have been fixed since 1.2b9, and core components have
been updated. This update is highly recommended for all users of
earlier 1.2b versions.

Barring major bugs/showstoppers, m0n0wall 1.2 will be released in a
few weeks (once 1.2b10 has received a reasonable amount of testing)
without any further changes except for the removal of OpenVPN (as
announced before).
