FTP changes in 1.2b9 ->1.2b10

Hi,

Are there any differences how the FTP protocol is handled in the two  
versions?

In a inner FW setup (no NAT) with Default Block rule on LAN:
  - I had normal (active) FTP working with 1 LAN rule in 1.2b9.
  - Now in 1.2b10 I need 1 LAN rule + 1 WAN (active FTP) or 2 LAN  
rules (active FTP).

Could someone explain?
