I cut and paste into fields like Single Host / Alias and spaces are
frequently present either before or after what I paste.  Then the parser
errors out saying it's an invalid entry.  I would suggest that spaces be
automatically trimmed from parsed input fields.  Leave non-parsed input
fields verbatim.
