Well, Björn would have to comment on this, but I guess that's on 
purpose then. I just checked and found that isc-dhcpd (which is used in 
m0n0wall) doesn't even record leases for static mappings in its 
dhcpd.leases file (by default at least), so there seems to be no way of 
telling when a host with a static IP<->MAC mapping obtained a lease 
anyway.
