Has anything changed regarding the traffic shaper in b10? I upgraded the
router at home earlier this week, but this w/e is the first time I've thrown
a few heavy downloads through it. It seems noticably less effective than in
b9. Ruleset is exactly the same.

Any ideas gratefully appreciated.
