Should the m0n0 wall support static arp binding and arp proxy?

As a gateway of a small lan,we often use arp -s hostname ether_addr 
[temp] [pub [only]] and arp -S hostname ether_addr [temp] [pub [only]] for 
ip address control and arp proxy.For now m0n0 have not layer 2 control 
ability,Should the m0n0 wall add support static arp binding and arp 
proxy ?
