 You sound like you are trying to get a dual-WAN configuration going.
m0n0wall doesn't support it yet (FAQ:
http://doc.m0n0.ch/handbook/faq-dualwan.html) but the
www.pfsense.com<http://www.pfsense.com>project based off of m0n0wall
aims to support something like that.
