It sounds suspiciously like m0n0 is running those commands before the 300T
has given the WAN IP to it, which is then of course overwritten when m0n0
does get the IP from the 300T.

I must confess I'm not quite sure how to resolve the issue - is it possible
to perhaps insert a delay there of a few seconds?
