Hi again, Just wanted to know if that scenario can be handled by a m0n0 box: a generic PC with 3 ethernet cards. Card 1) WAN Link that on which wire there are (to say) a block of IP's, imagine 192.168.1.0/24 (imagine those are WAN IPs!) Card 2) Some servers, on which interfaces live the IP's of Card1. Card 3) The LAN. Then, is it possible to: a) Bridge the 192.168.1.0/24 to Card2 b) Allow access from LAN to WAN with one of those IP's c) make m0n0 not to have really one of those IP's, just a IP on LAN to be managed so in brief... make m0n0 be more or less like a bridge but doing nat for LAN clients. Thanks for all, Marc |
