Short answer: yes

Long answer:

Use either a filtered or unfiltered bridge between WAN and OPT1

Yes, set m0n0's WAN IP address to the IP you want to use for your NAT
clients

Well, yes and no. m0n0 will technically "have" one of those IPs, but it'll
use it for NATting your LAN clients.
